Shipping Policy

Dispatch:

We strive to dispatch orders placed by 2:00 pm on the same day. However, due to current circumstances, please allow up to 3 working days for dispatch.

Delivery:

  • Standard Delivery: Estimated delivery time is between 5-10 working days from dispatch.
  • Tracked Delivery: Estimated delivery time is between 3-5 working days from dispatch.
  • Next Day Delivery: This service is temporarily unavailable as our couriers cannot guarantee it at the moment.

When will my order be shipped?

We typically ship all orders placed by 2:00 pm on the same day. However, please allow up to 3 working days for dispatch due to the current situation. Once your order has been dispatched by our warehouse, you will receive an email confirmation.

What are my delivery options?

We currently offer the following delivery options:

  1. Standard Delivery: Estimated delivery time is 1-2 working days. This service is sent via Royal Mail and is partially tracked. You can track your order until it is handed over to Royal Mail.

  2. Tracked Delivery: Estimated delivery time is 1-2 working days. This service is sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 hour service. Royal Mail aims to deliver your parcel within 2-3 days (including Saturdays), but please note that it is not a guaranteed service. No signature is required upon delivery.

  3. Express Delivery: This service offers next working day delivery and is delivered via Royal Mail. Please note that this service is temporarily suspended.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping for orders £50 and over.

Can I track my order?

Your dispatch email will include a tracking number. The tracking service may vary depending on the chosen delivery option.

  • For Standard Delivery: This is a partially tracked service, allowing you to track your order to check delivery attempts.

  • For Tracked Delivery: This is a fully tracked service. You can track your order and obtain an estimated delivery date by clicking on the tracking number in your dispatch email. Please note that the provided date is an estimate and not a guarantee.

  • For Express Delivery: This is a fully tracked service. You can track your order by clicking on the tracking number in your dispatch email.

Returns & Refunds

We have a 30-day return policy. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original unopened packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often processing time required before a refund is posted. Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at hello@thevapingfox.com.

Return shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returning your order, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
