Refund Policy

At The Vaping Fox, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products and services. In the event that you need to seek a refund, we have outlined our refund policy below to provide you with detailed information on various scenarios and the amount refunded in each case:

  1. Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order after placing it and our warehouse team has not yet processed the order, you are eligible for a full refund, including shipping charges. Please note that once the warehouse team has processed your order, cancellation is no longer possible.

  2. Product Returns: Upon receiving your order, if you decide to return a product within the specified period and request a refund, you will receive a refund for the value of the product only. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

  3. Lost in Delivery: If you have not received your order and it is confirmed to be lost during the delivery process, you are eligible for a full refund, including shipping charges.

  4. Failure to Provide Information: If our customer support team requires any information, such as ID verification, to process your order and you are unwilling to provide it, we will grant a full refund, including shipping charges, and will not proceed with your order.

  5. Out of Stock Items: If any item in your order is out of stock, you will receive a refund for the missing product, and the rest of the order will be shipped. However, if all the products in your specified order are out of stock, you will be eligible for a complete refund due to unavailability of stock.

  6. Faulty or Non-Functioning Products: If you receive a product that is faulty or does not work as required, please contact our customer service. Our customer support team may request a picture or video to further verify your complaint. Once we receive the necessary proof, you will receive a full refund for the product, excluding shipping charges.

  7. Damaged or Leaking Products: In the event that you receive a product that is damaged or leaks, you will receive a full refund, excluding shipping charges.

  8. Missing Products: If any products in your order are missing, you are eligible for a complete refund for those specific items, excluding the shipping cost.

  9. Resolutions and Replacements: As a quick resolution to any complaints, we may offer discount codes or send replacements to you.

Please note the following additional policies regarding refunds:

  • Refund Time: The refund process may take 2-14 working days for the amount to reflect in your account.
  • Refund Method: The refund will be issued to the same account used for the original order payment.

Further Refund Policies:

  1. Ending the Contract: If you decide to end the contract due to the following reasons, you will receive a full refund for any products not yet received: (a) Errors in product price or description communicated after placing the order. (b) Risk of supply disruption or delay due to unforeseen events or circumstances beyond our control. (c) Legal reasons indicating our failure in fulfilling the contract.

  2. Faulty, Broken, or Expired Products: In the case of faulty, broken, or expired products, we offer two resolutions:

  • Discount Code: We can provide a discount code that includes the shipping cost for a single item.
  • Refund: If you disagree with the discount code, we will proceed with a refund, excluding shipping charges.
  1. 14-Day Cooling-Off Period: As per the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if you are a UK resident, you have a 14-day "cooling-off period" starting from the day you receive the product. If you change your mind within this period, you are eligible for a refund.

  2. Wrong Product Received: If you receive the wrong product, we will request a replacement order from our suppliers. If you decline the replacement order, we will issue a full refund.

  3. Double Charge or Unplaced Order Payment: If you are double-charged for an order or have paid for an order that wasn't placed, we will refund you the overcharged amounts, including delivery fees.

  4. Orders Placed by Minors: Customers under 18 years of age are not permitted to order using our system. In the event that someone uses their parent's card to place an order, the parents are held accountable, and no refund will be provided. If the buyer wishes to return the items, they must do so in an unopened, resalable condition.

  5. Refund Deductions: When using your right to change your mind, please note the following deductions may apply:

  • If you return a product that was not originally faulty or malfunctioning, there may be a reduction in your refund amount (excluding delivery charges).
  • If we refund your amount before inspecting the product and discovering any faults, an appropriate price may be deducted.

Please be aware that we only refund shipping charges when we are at fault.

Please note that opened items in the complete order are not eligible for a refund. For example, if you order a pack of 5 coils and use 2 of them before changing your mind, we will refund the amount for the remaining 3 sealed and unused coils, excluding charges for opened products.

We aim to process your refunds as soon as possible. If you change your mind, you will receive a refund within 14 days of us receiving the product. Please note that the refunding time starts when we receive the product.
